i800.exe??

Okay, I'm new to these forums even though I've known about majorgeeks for a long time. I decided to sign up on the forums for a few reasons, mainly concerning my best friend's computer. I'm there right now, and she runs on XP. For some reason, her computer continues to run slowly at certain times, randomly freezes things, and whenever I open ctrl+alt+delete to look at the Processes tab, there is MANY copies (20+) of i800.exe. I've done searches on google and came up with nothing, and I tried searching these forums already, and I've found nothing.

I'm just really stumped on what the program is, and nothing's been found on her computer (even with searching hidden folders/files, and the entire system) concerning i800. I've ran Hijack This a few times, and removed basically everything that would cause any issues, and it still continues. I checked the startup with msconfig though, and there was a blank item there, checked, and it was in the registry. It didn't give me the full destination to the registry keys since it cut it off as with all the others, but I honestly didn't trust it, so for now, I took it off startup. The computer's running fine now, and i800.exe wasn't there originally, but is there again. I don't know if its a threat or anything, but I'm curious anyway.
