I keep getting this error with a BLOD and a stop code of 0x00000007e or 0x00000007f. I have tried removing all of the add on cards including changing out the video card, removed all drives except the SATA HDD (I have installed a new HDD and performed a re-load on it and got the same error), removed each memory stick and verified that the problem did not go away. This is running Win XP. I think I need to flash the bios for with a chipset update but I can't get the computer to boot to an XP OS to run the chipset fix. Any ideas how to fix this one. It is on a Dell Dimension 8400.

I am sorry, I meant to say BSOD not BLOD.
