IBIS toolbar

I've just finished going through all the steps for removing spyware, but am left with IBIS toolbar, which keeps reinstalling itself. Ad-Aware can't seem to remove the the Wsup.exe file even in safe mode. I've seen instructions for removing the toolbar at various websites, but these are never accompanied by explanations suitable for someone like myself who was once relatively proficient in DOS, but, well... . Can someone please explain how to get rid of this thing to a middle-aged lady who doesn't entirely understand how to delete "keys" dll files, etc? Or maybe there's a better way?

Look up IBIS tolbar on Google.com. You might find some one already getting help with the same problem you are having. I am not an expert here. I am hanging on waiting for my own reply.
