IBM T61 Audio up and down

    I have installed XP on a IBM T61 and got rid of Vista (ya booo).
    Fouln all drivers for Xp ok ,but now due to me loading XP i have lost the ability to do the following , and i know it must be really simple.
    On the top left hand of most Thinkpad there are 3 buttons next to the thinkvantage button .The mute button / up and down buttons .I have sound and can be controlled by speaker icon in tray but these buttons do not work .Can somebody point me to correct driver to download please as its driving me nuts ,
