    How do i change icons like CDs and HD in My Computer?
    And also how do i change folders icons in general?

    Folders are the easy one you just rightclick > properties > Customise > Change Icon ..... then locate the icon you want to change it with.



    The HD ones in My Computer are a little harder, you need to use a programs like Icon Packager or Icon Workshop

    I have the MS Plus! pack which has Desktop themes and selecting a theme changes all the icons to be similar tot the theme.

    Changing the My Computer, My Documents and so on can be done by. selecting the Display properties from the Control Panel and choose the effects tab and the icons can be changed here. I have a feeling that hte effects tab on the Display settings is a part of the MS Plus! pack but I may be wrong.
