   can anyone help?? Borrowed an icy box loaded with music. Trying to load onto pc running on windows millenium edition using usb port. How come it doesn't load........??????????? thnx.

   Did you install the drivers? Win 98/ME require a driver to use a USB external drive. These are part of the Win 2k/XP OS. Borrow the driver disc that came with it also, or download it from the Icy Box site.
