idk what to classify as

ok, well i just recently transferred everything from one case to another about three weeks ago. and now the other night when i went to log on my computer would just stop loading, it would just crash, freeze. so after about an hour of fooling around and getting no results i decided to reformat my computer. so i reformatted my hard drive but now when it hits the window that is installing windows xp..it just stops at 33 minutes remaining. i tried a different xp disc and got the same results. and i have two hard-drives in my computer, so i tried to reformat and install it on the other hard-drive. but i still stopped at 33 minutes. so that's two discs and two hard-drives with the same result. i have no idea what to do from here. and i'm looking for some help...any ideas anyone?

I don't have any help for you but try posting this in software or hardware. (not sure which would be best) Some of the folks here seem to hang out in certain forums and might miss a post like yours
