IDM download problem

Hey geeks, I have an Internet Download Manager and I use it to download rapidshare files. I had no problems before, but since past 3 days when ever I download a file, it downloads till 100% and instead of joining the file and completing the downloaded, it just stays like that forever. Please help me if any1 knows how to fix it!!!!:major

 

Need to know your operating system and service pack #.

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program? You might also check the D/L manager's website for any possible updates - what's the program's name?

Have you tried a different website? Do downloads through your browser work or not?

And, if you haven't already, download, install and run CCleaner.

OS Service Pack Service Pack 2
DirectX 4.09.00.0904 (DirectX 9.0c)

It is just stated as Internet Download manager 5.18 version, and yes I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but the situation still exists...:major

 

For troubleshooting purposes, don't use IDM - try to download a file (CCleaner, if you haven't done so) by using your browser.
