Ie 10 Cookies

Hello, Love the forums long time no talk for me but here goes...

I have now had windows 8 installed on my pc for 4 days now and trying to fix one problem.. COOKIES on IE 10.

Everytime I go to some websites I get the following error.
"Cookies are NOT enabled on your browser. In order for us to process your request correctly, we require cookies to be enabled. Please configure your browser to allow cookies"

So I go into Internet Options > Privacy tab > Advanced and I tick the "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" I then allow all cookies (Knowing its not really safe). Then I restart IE 10 and still no luck, the error still shows up.. What else could I do to stop this error?

I tried both links with no success.
First link - I cannot find the COOKIES section in the Advanced Menu from the Security Tab.
2nd Link I have already doe with no help either

Anyone other thoughts??

That solution does not work.. that is exactly the same as what I did in my original post.

Plus that tutorial is wrong cause the only way to make that menu show up is by clicking on the Desktop tile then going to ie10 and doing it that way..

Not your fault.. thank for the help so far ..

Any more thoughts ?

I got this problem solved by the most basic of errors on my part... I had the date set wrong on the pc..

Sorry for taking up everyone's time, but at least if someone else has this troubles the solution is here to fix it.
