IE 6.0sp1 unstable

Sorry my english: Win XPsp1 shows me frequently: ieplore.exe module with hangapp failure. I got this advice always I get the errors report from XP(errors log). I do that because my IE often is unstable,i.e., sometimes it doesn't open pages completely, so I have to click "go" then it can open the page, sometimes it cannot. Does somebody know something about this failure (hungapp). Thanks !!!!!!

Go into Control Panel- System. Choose the Advanced tab, then click Startup and Recovery Settings. On that screen, checkbox "Write an event to the system log". Uncheck "Send an administrative alert" and uncheck "Automatically restart". Then click OK a couple times to exit the Control Panel.

Now repeat the failure. If you get a BSOD, write down everything it says that could possibly be of any use.. We can look that up at Microsoft for you.

My neighbour also has Win XP sp1 and IE6.0 sp1 and same problem. When we open his xp errors report it shows same faluire "hungapp". Indeed he has more IE problems reported than me (not just hungapp faluire).
We both have same type of internet connection (by "radio" wave). His connection behave itself like mine, i.e., his IE is working like mine. So, I think it can be a "connection problem" (unstable). Indeed when we get the XP errors report we can see a very big errors report listed (for me and for him, maybe it is normal) !
I will follow the steps you have advised me and I hope send a reply soon !
