Ie 8

    Every once in a while when I try and open up a new window in IE (whether it be a new tab or a session) it will not open, just time out. The other active tabs or sessions will work I just can't get a new one to open. In order for me to open up a new session I have to shut down all of my active programs and start again. I am running on XP. Thanks!

    id roll back to ie 7 if i were you, or download firefox...
    you could try reinstalling ie8 though if you wanted to.
