robertbiferi I can't follow the rules

I have iE 9 and if I click on a link to Download something a window asks me if I want to Open It or Save It or Save As.

I click Save and then it starts to save it but I don't know were it goes.

How do I have it Save things to my Desktop?

It does not ask me and I go through the iE settings but can't find it.

The default in IE9 is for files to be saved in the DOCUMENTS > DOWNLOADS folder.

If you choose "Save As", you can modify the name of the file and/or the location it saves to.

Just remember that, if downloading multiple files in a single session, the custom "Save As" location becomes the temporary default location until you close and restart IE9.

    Hope this helps. :)
