I connect to their website on http://www.secos.myoerlikon.com/en/default.asp and it works just fine but when i try to click the member log-in then its says that Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Then I go to their information then I click the setup instruction.

They give me a Id and PIN to enter on their website https://ca.saurer.hinet.de then after I give them the Id and PIN they said that Congratulations, Now you have a new HiCard. It was downloaded into your browser and will be used automatically. I think this is their certificate for their website. After I finished all the procedures they required but still it has same results as I did earlier.

Please help me with my problem.

I think you need to contact the companies as those sites are even for me on various web browsers not active in the areas you are trying, with page not displayed errors.

I have tried IE8/9/10 and Fx Nightly and Opera 12 and all have issues, so this would lead me to believe its the vendors issue.

You could try on this page http://www.secos.myoerlikon.com/en/default.asp clicking the small torn paper icon on the right side of the address bar as its compatibility settings for pages, but this did not work for me in IE10.

I contact the company of the one who gave the certificate to me and they said that it will automatically downloaded to my browser and will be use automatically. But they said that it will be located on IE tools-content-personal tab. But the personal tab is empty. How will I know if the certificate is already installed to my browser?

    Hi

The only way to know if a certificate is installed is to click Tools > Internet Options > Content tab > Certificates > Personal and in "all" should be one from your provider if its not then they need to update.

But what you could try is to run CCleaner and its cleaner tool and then start IE and see if you can open your webpage. This will delete any rogue files that could be saved in the temporary internet files folder, and these can cause websites to not work ok.

So try this and then load up your webpage again.
