IE and FF issue !

Hi there its me Rusty just a quicky my wife has a mail order catalogue and orders from it online if she uses FF it won't allow her to send items to shopping basket it just hangs, and the other day when she rang them they had not recieved any of the previous orders she'd placed when it was going to basket, but then when she used IE the other day everything was hunky dory and went straight through, can anyone help please !

Might need a newer version of FFox to get through?

I would check your payment methods account though, to make sure the payments havent been made... you can never be to safe... with I.T or money...

Have heard bad things about firefox and a security issue some files it uses arent protected from hacking or exploiting which is a shame I used to use F.Fox exclusively... now I am back to I.E... but try updating it if you must use F.Fox sorry to say I just wont risk it, but I am a bit paranoid when it comes to internet and things not behaving, tend to err on the side of caution... - especially when considering with bank account, money or personal details..

Cheers necro but have the latest version anyway, the next would be beta and i'm not a beta lover, but will double check everything for my wife anyhow as she's not computer savvy and would most probably continue with it and then get stung, but she's just been telling her what you said and she says the people at the mail order company said she's covered if anything happens ! Will let you know how i get on !

And by the way, rustyjack, one of the ways you can tell whether or not an order has gone through is that most retail sites send an immediate email confirmation of the order as soon as it's placed. So keep an eye out for confirmation emails, and you'll know if your order went through.
