IE and Firefox not working

    Ok my friend she's having issues with her IE/Firefox... She's online and talking to me so clearly her internet was working. She was recently over and everything was fine but when she got home and hooked up her wireless uh it stop working. Can give me suggestions? It'd prolly be better if I could see her lappy but it's 2:05 am. :mad:
