IE and Startup Error...

Hello Everyone.... I have a couple problems I'd like solved if anyone can help...

1. On PC startup (or restart) I get an error... The Window that its in is titled WJView Error... And in the box it says : ERROR : Could not execute Main : The system could not find the file specified. How do I fix this???

2. As soon as I finally find what I've been lookin' for on the Net for HOURS, LoL, My PC will freeze totally.... The only way I've found to fix this is Cntrl + Alt + Del.... When I do this, it says my Explorer is Not Responding.... And if I end the task, the page I was looking at is gone and I must start all over... Is something wrong w/ my IE? I'm lost in the dark....

One other thing.... I play an online multiplayer shoot'em up game called Starseige: Tribes... Usually one time per hour durring gameplay it will totally shut down on me... How do I keep this from happening???

Is my my crappy 3 yr old Dell PC? Or did I do something wrong???

Don't know about the game thing.

 

Actually its Win98... And I use Ad-Aware 6.0 frequently w/ the updated reflist... Not quite sure on how much memory I have... Anyone know where I can find that out?? Sorry, but I'm a PC newbie... VERY PC illiterate
