IE crashed and wont open

    Hi as the title says IE crashed and wont open at all and when using firefox I cannot whatch qny quicktime related stuff such as youtube. so I would like to get either IE working again or mozilla to work with quicktime. I have searched the net but cannot find any advice. My OS is win 2000 sp4 cheers.
