IE does not print!

I have a Win 2000 system running IE 6.0. Up till about the last 2 weeks it has printed fine. Then IE quit printing pages. All other programs will print, but not IE. I have tried adjusting the settings in Internet Options. I have tried printing to other printers, Reinstalling the printers, Rebooting the computer, Running a repair on IE.
Help.

No there are no error messages. It acts like it is going to print, but the printer does not print. I have checked to see if there is any build up or stopped actions in the printer controls. There are none.

 

Is this what is happening?

Internet Explorer may not respond when you click Print or Print Preview in the File menu.

No it does respond you can open print preview and see the information. When you click on print in either window it places the print symbol in the status bar, but does not place the printer symbol in the acitve items list(that which is beside the time). So I'm wondering if there is something in IE that is stoping the print cycle before it starts. Any ideas?

Not so sure now that it applies, looks like you would be getting an error message or something. Or, Internet Explorer would not respond at all.

OK still did not help. Does anybody know if there is a specific file used in IE to operate the printer.

 

I solved the issue! Ended up that there were 2 different drivers for my printer. Now it prints just fine. Thnx for the help.
