IE errors - 0x7c9105f8

    First of all, i don't know if it is yahoo or IE, but if i have more than one window open (and sometimes even if it is one window with multiple tabs) and i close any of them, everything i have open closes. then most of the time i get an error saying something with "the instruction at 0x7c9105f8 referenced memory ...blah blah blah" WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX IT?????
