IE errors and Window Update problems

Ok i've had this problem since i had malware put on my computer about a month ago. Thanks to the help i was able to remove it, but a problem that persists is that when i close internet explorer i get an error message. This began when the malware attacked my computer and continues even though it has been removed. Second, when i try to update windows i get a message that i have attached. Also when it attempts to install the updates when i shut down my computer all it does is sit there and several times i've given it over 30minutes to install the updates before eventually manually shutting the computer down.
