How can I save IE favorites?

Which Windows Version? ( a tip please do include any info that may aide us in helping, I would have no idea if you want to save Favorites from Firefox, IE, Opera or Windows XP or ME etc from that one line )

but as a wild guess its Xp goto Documents and Settings > Your Users Named folder and right click Favorites and click Copy then Paste the file somewhere else, ie. other hard drive or partion, CD, USB Pen drive etc

Then to restore you just copy and paste back.

Or Click in IE > File > Import Export > Next > Choose Export Favorites and follow the prompts.

I would suggest people before using the program to shorten up the "Descriptive" line of each of the Favorites they had entered

Oh yeah so it was and funny my answer was for IE anyho ... guess my post was aimed at the one liner questions with little info, to help the cause.
