IE history help

Well i know how to clear the history and things like that, so that no one can trace your tracks...but at the same time i want to keep a few things in the ie history i use all the time....

is there a program out there that i can use where i just push like a on button, and no cookies happen no history etc, keeping my old stuff, then when i want it to keep stuff i just push a off button?

cause when i clear the whole thing, i loose alot of forum log ins and other things, and well it does kinda look like im hiding stuff when i dont want it to look like that....

Ccleaner can allow to keep certain cookies while deleting others.I don't think you can keep parts of history though.Anyway check it out.
