IE is driving me mad

HI all

My internet explorer seems to save all my searches !

It does it on google and MSN and others

I really dont want it doing this - I have tried to find out why and how it is doing it and I am stuck !


Does anyone know how to stop it ?

It is called autocomplete.

To Turn it off:

In IE goto: 'Tools -> Inernet Options'

Select the 'Content Tab'

Click 'AutoComplete'

You can select which items you want autocomplete used for (Forms is the one saving your searchs)

You can also clear items here.

You may also want to look at CCleaner which is a great FREE utility for cleaning all sorts of temp files and MRUs
