Ie keeps self opening please help me!

Hi
I'm having problems with my comp, before i log on to the internet i keep getting messages about random programs asking me to connect the most common is h0m3.no-ip.org. I just tend to ignore them and log on normally.
But IE opens its self a few times once i log on to strange website (no porn) just things likw www.ca/

i've run both Ad-aware and Sypbot search and destroy to remove any syp ware but that doesn't seem to have helped.

ANy suggestions on how to make this stop?

I run XP and use mozilla firefox as my browser

Couple things. You should be sure you have done a complete virus scan. CWShredder is usually worth a run, but I doubt thats your problem. We may need a Hijack This log file, but please read and follow this the best you can before posting. The important thing is that you remove what you can and close all running program, including anything in the system tray (lower right corner)
