IE no show, Netscape works fine

Hello all

Is there someone who can explain to me why this html file (orginally php) doesn't show up in IE (both pc and mac)? However, displays fine in

Netscape (PC and mac)
Firefox (PC) ...just downloading it onto mac...hehehe

It's blank...

and confusing
