IE Picture Problems

    :confusedI Have Recently survived a Virus attack and am having problems veiwing pictures.:confused
    Some pictures will show up if there are 100 of them but others will not load and if there is 10 pictures it wont load at all. this happened soon after i was infected and my browser got hijacked. any suggestions wile i reinstall IE and opera?
