ie will not pop up child windows. any ideas?

 

you mean like pop-ups?

ie browser problems

Not the advertisement pop ups. An example would be: I'm on a site looking at a portable dvd player. There is a link that says alternate views (close up pictures of the player). When I click on the link, an all white IE window pops up.

Or if I'm in Outlook Express and try to redirect to a website from an email message, it doesn't go anywhere. It just stays in Outlook.

I don't have any pop up stoppers running.

regsvr32.exe urlmon.dll
click ok.
