IE right click shut down

    I have an issue with ie i mostly use mozzila and netscape but my family likes ie. Anyhow whenever i right click it comes up with a error (doesnt matter where i click any right click) i cant find an error it just says report to microsoft now i have all the updates and have recently downgraded from xp home to 2000 profesionall i dont know if that would be a issue ive tried resetting ie but to no avail. any idea.
