    Hi Guys,

Ok, starters, I just did a clean FULL format about 9 hours ago now, I installed Windows XP Pro.. Then I opened my shiny new SP2 CD from MS I recieved yesterday, I installed that, Then I installed Intel INF, then Marvell Yukon 8001 Onboard LAN driver, Then Realtek AC97 Drivers, Then my videocard driver (Latest ATI Catylst).. Ofcourse restarting as each install of each driver required... Then I installed my most commonly used apps, like Adobe Reader 6.0.1 (To read PDF files), Avast! Anti-Virus, Flashget, Google Toolbar, Emule, Java Desktop (For Limewire), Limewire Pro v4.0.8, AC3 Filter (Audio Codec for playback of some movies), Divx Pro 5.0.2, XviD 1.0.2, IsoBuster v6.0, Nero Burning Rom v6.3.1.25, Intel Application Accelerator, WinACE, WinRAR, WinZIP, Zoom Player, WinAMP 5.5..Power DVD 5

And a few games, True Crimes - Streets Of LA, Wik & The Fable of Souls, Zuma Deluxe!, Spiderman 2, GISH..

Sometimes, well actually 3 times it happened, I would get an error saying Acrobat IE, blah blah, illigal operation or error, so I assumed it was adobe reader, so I de-installed it, reset..

Now, well once so far, and I am sure it will happen again shortly, when I close a IE window I get this error:

Does this mean my PHYSICAL memory has had it? I havent touched a BIOS setting prior to my previous format, and last time it run fine, and I used the same install method and programs last time, except I used the downloaded SP2 instead of the MS SP2 CD, the only thing I changed in the BIOS was boot devices, to CDROM first.. instead of HDD, to format and install XP from the XP Pro CD I have....

Argh, It's one darn problem after another, im getting fedup, I`ve never had so many issues with my computers I've owned over the past years like I am having with this one and software...

Im praying to god it's not a hardware issue, and Im praying even harder that I dont need to reformat...

    Zoink...

I just detached my Acer USB mouse and attached my collectors edition Asus teeny USB Intelli Eye mouse, seems to have fixed the Device Manager issue, now to try and fix this IE error(s)...

I totally despire reformatting, I do not think I could handle formatting again! Please, if you have any idea's that could rectify the problem, or if infact you consider it to be a hardware issue by the error msg (Which I am, afraid to say, thats what it is telling me by a memory read error) then please let me know.
