ie tool bar missing

    computer's hard drive crashed. Repair man from Dell installed new hard drive.
    Had a difficult time finding internet explorer on new hard drive, but I believe I have it on board.

    I am missing the internet explorer tool bar, is there a safe site that can be used to download tool bar?

    If you're running IE 10 or 11, right click the title bar and select menu bar. It's hidden by default for "streamlining".

    :)I did as suggested, there was the tool bar, always get good information to help me when I need it.
