IE Toolbar

I recently acquire this pest while scanning the Internet. I have something similar to the Google toolbar, and I'd like to remove it. I tried deleting the file folder in Program Files but it would not allow me, since the program was running somehow.

How can I remoe this from my computer?

Is it in the add/rempove programs? if so you can just delete it

Follow the instructions carefully and note the steps that you are able to complete and the ones that give you trouble. That will make things easier if you need to post back for further assistance. If you do, give computer specs (OS, etc...) and a better definition of your problem. There are many different problem toolbars - which one do you have?

-Did you try to delete the file in Safe Mode?
-Did you try to shut down the running process via Task Manager?
