IE toolbar

Is there anyway to get or add another toolbar to IE? Like you can with Firefox. I have a lot of bookmarks and would like to have them easy to click like FF. I would switch over to FF but my gf doesn't like it..."to different"! Anyway will IE let you have another toolbar or can i get one from the net somewhere ....that doesn't have junk with it!
