I'm using the current version of IE with WXP.

I have recently started using Iolo System Mechanic to clean junk off the computer. Now, when I boot, the Links bars don't appear and I have to readjust them each time. Same for the Quick Launch toolbar at the bottom of the page. I have to recheck it with each reboot.

I have gone through the startup files and processes in msconfig and I don't see anything that has been deactivated. Is there a command in the registry or somewhere else that can be utilized?
