   Iceburg Private First Class

   A website that I went to took away the File Edit View Favorits Tools Help whatever that is called at the top of the window, its not malware its just a setting in the HTML it comes back for all other pages, but I would like to save this file to my desktop for reference later, how can I get that bar back, or keep it from removing it. Look toolbars is on, and its not one of the tools bars.

   does the IE window look like a full page one, with just the Back Forward arrows home search etc etc .. if so then hit F11
