IE6.0 font problem

I don't know where else to place this problem's question so here I am. Hopefully, in the right forum for some help. I am trying to read stuff on the this site that's linked below but I can't read the fonts.

Can someone see if their view of the link comes up the same as my view (attached screenshot). And if so do you knopw why this is so?

See: What are attachments? There is a size limit of ~100kb, if I recall correctly.

 

I know I shouldn't have posted a picture like this, but I am having some major issues trying to add an attachment. Checked out the instructions but it didn't really help much. Anyway, here is the picture I wanted to post in my opening post.

Check here, under Internet Options. Font button is at the bottom of the general tab.

 

How did you do that???

Did your view of that webpage look like my first picture?
