IE6 not loading automatically

Hi,
On my sisters computer, which I help to maintain, IE6 does not load automatically after clicking on Int. Exp. It does load after connecting if she clicks again. Would be grateful for some help Thanx.
Specs:WinME, RAM512, AVG Anti Virus, Zone Alarm Firewall, Latest Updates-All, Clean Compt.

Have don full maintainance schedule Adware,CrapCleaner,Spybot, HijackThis, RegSeeker, and all Updates. I found 3Tracking Cookies which I deleted.Thanx again. Boneyeye.

 

by the way what IE version?

dl'd and apply it
and if nothing happpens

She Has IE6 as stated in 1st Post. However will call see her in 4/5 days and will get back after that. Thankx Again, but it would help a lot more if you read all threads before replying. Am I not accurate TY
