iE6 SP1

    This guy doesnt seem to run right. When I type something in the address bar it take for ever and a day to load the new page. If I'm in google and run a search...click a link well it comes right up. I've run a new install of IE6SP1 but it didnt seem to help. Is there not a repair tool to use?
    In the MSKB I see that you must go into the add/remove programs and click on IE6 SP1...well I dont see it. This is a W2K laptop P3 512ram w/ O2K. Any ideas my friends?
