IE6 won't browse

    My IE6 SP1 loads and looks OK, but won't find a URL. No error screens, just the hourglass on a white screen forever.
    Firefox and Opera work fine.
    Scanned w/ Spybot, Adaware SE, AVG, and CWShredder - all OK.
    Downloading new IE6 SP1, no help.
    OPSYS W2K SP4. Up to date as of a week ago.

    I'm thinking corrupted supporting file. Does anyone have a list of dependencies?
