IE7 is "Not Responding"

Hi,

I have been having a problem with IE7 and even Firefox "Not Repsonding" lately...a lot actually. Sometimes I will even get a blue screen, but unsure if it's related. There doesn't seem to be any one thing I'm doing that makes it lock up. Please let me know what I can give you to help. Thanks!

I am using a Dell 1721, running Windows Vista.

Also, I did try the "debugging" tips on the sticky on this page, however, it wouldn't allow me to "Open Crash Dump" because it said I wasn't allowed to open it. I was trying to figure out why I keep getting BSoD's. So I'm stalled on that. Thanks again.

 

I'm not sure, I haven't been fast enough to write them down. Doesn't help, I know. Sorry.

 

Is there anyway I can find out from a log or something? I apologize, I'm completely ignorant when it comes to computers.

 

Does anyone else have this problem or can someone suggest something for this issue? Thanks in advance for any help.
