IE8 and Clear my tracks

    What is this process and how do I stop it from eating all my resources?

    inetcpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 8651

    It seems to be part of IE8 and causes my computer to freeze.
    Then It goes away.
    I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Vista Home Basic SP2

    I have IE8 on four computers and have never had that problem pertains to deleting your internet history in IE8. Try ,"Tools",,Internet Options",,"Advanced" tab,,,at the bottom click "Reset",,then check the box to delete all that is listed,click ok ,then restart IE8 when prompted!!!!
