IE8 in XP SP3

Before installing IE8 in Vista I thought I would install it in my laptop's XP system, but it isn't satisfactory. I prefer to lock the Favorites Bar down the left side rather than across the top, which works fine in IE7 but in IE8 some sites can't display the whole page and need the horizontal scroll bar. Many other sites display correctly though.

I can't live with this, but before it gets uninstalled how is it in your XP systems?

 

Wasn't good in mine; basically, it was sluggish, compared to IE7. I uinstalled it.
