IE9 problems with domain

    Recently replaced Win XP laptops with Win 7 laptops.
    Joined our Win 2003 domain like usual. However when logged
    Into domain as an admin I cruise the Internet on IE9.
    But when logged into domain as any other user, IE9 does
    not work. Home page does not open and no surfing. If I install
    Firefox all works. Should I be making some adjustment
    to IE9? Many thanks!
