Whenever I try and open Internet Explorer on my other computer (recently just changed the motherboard, processor, hard drive, memory, and video card and installed most drivers). To install some important drivers such as USB 2.0 and stuff I need SP1, which we all know can be downloaded through "Windows update". But whenever I hit windows update it doesnt do anything and when I try and go to microsoft.com and download it from the website I try and open my internet browser and I get this error: iexplore.exe -Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll". I tried reinstalling Internet Explorer via disk but I still get the same error. What do I do?
