what would be the recommendation to back up this board. Meaning CPU, Hardrive, Video Card (I am not a gamer so could use nothing and be OK) Sound Card (Pretty buff but not crazy)

Whatever...If you were basing a system on this board
    What would you do?

well thats a very old motherboard bundle, which includes a 1ghz VIA C3 processor and on-board VGA video. Upgradeability is basically nonexistant, as there is no AGP port for video cards.

If you're going to run this solely as a word processing/ light internet browsing machine, go for it. If you want anything else, steer clear of that, it will be a very slow machine all around.

i'd take us 60 to frys electronics by the mall and spend a little more to buy a basic system.Or wal-mart even. I'm not a fan of box machines but any that they had in stock would e a VAST IMPROVEMENT over that :(
