igfxtray.exe no longer running at startup

Running XPsp2. Suddenly it no longer runs at startup, therefore the tray icon doesn't appear on startup or restarts. If I want to see the tray icon, I have to manually select it from control panel/display/settings/advanced/intel extreme graphics 2/place icon in tray. A few other startup items suddenly stopped too, but I find no adverse effects as a result. I have been unable to identify or isolate the cause of these several programs no longer running at startup. CCleaner, Spybot, HiJack This, and Windows System Information all confirm the same missing startup items. But I would like to set igfxtray.exe to run again at startup. Can someone suggest how?

 

Resolved! By copying file to startup folder in documents/settings. Still unsure of what event/action stopped their running at startup, about 6 or 7 of them.
