When I Minimize a window -Where Does Go, and how do I maximum it again?

Previous versions showed the Minimized window on the task bar?!

There's a little arrow pointing up on the right side of taskbar. Click that.

    Hi

Also it should still be on the taskbar, if its a single window or application just click its square (see image below) if its multiple windows or folders hover over the icon square and choose a window to maximize.

If single app or folder/window click the square icon for the app.

If one of multiple windows hover over the square icon (example is IE and multiple browser windows) and then choose one of them by clicking its image.

Double click? Single click works for me. Perhaps I'm missing the point.

Yes my bad, single click, stupidly counted the hover as a click.
