igoogle gadget help

Ok, this is a real complicated deal sort of. I have a home page I built on igoogle out of google widgets. Neat thing. My weather widget quit working. Its still on google, comes up with no entries. Ive deleted it, reinstalled it. There is two funny characters in the location spot (where you put zip code or city, state) I think this is the issue.
Accuweather is the hosting site, this (timcwebman - Google Homepage Modules) fellow is the guy who built the widget and Ive emailed him but have no answer.
Here is a link to some accuweather pages via the igoogle add page (About this developer) and here is accuweathers code that somehow (IMHO) is related to this whole thing (netWeather v3.0) I have completed the form on accuweathers website and it works there, but not on igoogle. I have no clue how to move it to google's widget thing. Do any of your guys understand this problem and could you please help me?
I actually emailed accuweather and they assure me its not their issue, google is a big black hole, like there is nobody to contact for issues like this. I have a feeling they will lay it off to the guy who built the widget. HELP.
