Same problem I've seen in other threads. When i play final fantasy online about 1/2 the time i log in i get blue screen instantly saying an error has occurred with this file, then upon restarting i get the "send an error report" message. I tried going to safe mode and uninstall the drivers, but after it tries to uninstall for about a min or so i get a message that the driver is required for booting. How do i get around this and still uninstall them?

    Hi

Basically that error is coming of your onboard Intel graphics driver, to help we will need some info so we can get you the correct drivers etc

    1. What windows version you using?
    2. Is your PC an OEM built one like from DELL, HP, Sony etc, if so what model is it.
    3. If your PC is a home build what Motherboard make and model is it?
    4. In Device Manager do you have any yellow ! marks by any devices if so what?
To find this info you can use the likes of Everest to find this info, at times a summary log of your PC can help, to do this

    Install Everest and run
Click Report (top menu) > Report Wizard > Next
    Choose All Pages > Next
Choose Plain Text > Finish and wait for report to generate
Click Save to File and leave the File Name as Report, then click the Save as Type dropdown and choose Report files (*txt) and click Save (n.b. Save to desktop is best as easy place to find it, use Browse to locate desktop)

Then attach your log to your next post as per these instructions HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

no ! in device manager, when I scan it says all hardware is working properly.

As in another post i've seen, there is 945 chipset listed twice in device manager, is that normal or part of the problem?

First, download and install your chipset drivers available from this link. Restart the PC when the install has finished. Then download and install your video drivers from this link. Restart the PC when the install finishes. If this doesn't fix the issue, and if it seems to be a common problem with other people with the same video chipset, then it could be a problem with the game and contacting the game developer's help/support site may be a good idea. If there's a known issue, they may have a patch or update available.
    :-D
