OUCH, I barely glanced at 2 lines and found 2 huge problems and that before the obvious problems you have like WebRebates

One, you did not read anything here, you just jumped in with a log file. Try our removal tutorial that should clean you up: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

Then, come on back, let us know how you made out, if stuck, we may then ask you for a log file. You will need a new scan and you will need to close all running programs as well as place it in its own directory, not execute it from the zip file as you did. First section of this tutorial explains it:

To give you a jump, do the tutorial, then remove anything with WebRebates and websearch.drsnsrch.com in it in your Hijack This log and you will be suprised how much smaller that log file gets

I'm not positive but WebRebates may have an uninstall in Add/Remove programs. It's worth a look first.
