I'm having a problem with my game pad

    Okay here goes. I bought a Game elements 909 last night at walmart. Tried to install it on my desktop np. Now when i click on it in my control panel. I get this "game or gameport not config not right.What does this mean and how can I fix it. I have xp and the dixk that it came with any help please.
